We only ship product that meets acceptable quality standards. We will take every possible step to make sure that the quality of the product is acceptable prior
to shipping.
However, in the event that you are dissatisfied with the product and have a genuine issue we will work directly with you to resolve the problem. It is not in our interest to have dissatisfied customers. |

If you do not have a shipping company then CAS Cargo is our preferred Cargo company in Indonesia. We have built a solid relationship with them. We will liaise with CAS Cargo on your behalf. |

The process is simple. CAS Cargo can offer a service to your requested port or address and will arrange export paper-work, insurance, packing & tracking. You will be responsible for the cost of importation of the product into your own country. |

40 ft High Cube Container holds 65-70 cubic meters (approx 60-70 assorted items). |

No. We can also ship LCL (Less than Container Load). CAS Cargo can work with shipping companies to find partial loads to your port of entry. |
