The Brief
Whether it's one room or the entire property, we begin with an initial meeting-either
in person or via a video call, listen, assess the project, and agree on budgets and timing.
This meeting helps us establish a scope of works and develop a personal understanding
of the client's requirements. We draw on our experience and expertise to intuitively
understand what is needed to achieve the vision.
The Concept
Our goal is to make the design process an enjoyable one for our clients.
Following the initial brief, the design team begins developing the overall vision for the
project, creating preliminary concepts and selections for each area.
We present this work
in a conceptual format that combines tactile and digital elements, offering a detailed
overview of the proposed design.
Design Development
This is where we bring your project to life. We prepare detailed master floor plans and
elevations in 2D SketchUp, including schedules for doors, windows, and fixed cabinetry.
Once the design and materials are approved, we finalise the information required to
convert the 2D SketchUp drawings into AutoCAD specifications. For interior design
and decoration projects, these concepts form the basis for procurement selections
and finishes based on client feedback.
